The four modes
Choose a setting. The display shows what is on.
Each function has its own intensity. The metal tips are the contact point for warmth and massage. Light glows at the head.
EMS
Press the EMS button. The display confirms the level.
After it is charged, take it out of the dock.
The display shows light, vibration, and temperature.

Vibration, red or blue light, and temperature show on the display. Start lower.

The tutorial uses the thigh and also the face. Keep it off the eyes and mouth.
What each setting is for
PEMF, light, and vibration.
PEMF is pulsed electromagnetic field. Each setting has a place in a natural healing session. Use one, or layer them in the same pass.
A low pulse while you glide. This is the quiet setting in a natural healing routine: slow passes, a calm pace, with the light or the massage on if you want them.
The warmer of the two lights. It reaches a little further than blue. Choose it when you want the skin to look smoother and more rested. It is not a UV lamp.
The cooler light, for the surface. Choose it when you want a clearer look. Use it on its own, or with the massage.
Three speeds in the metal tips. Vibration loosens the glide, moves a light gel, and turns 20 to 30 passes into a massage.
