Filter Cartridge Choices:

• KDC - Standard KDF Odor Taste, Chlorine
• Effectively removes heavy metals, micro-organisms, chlorine, lead, iron, VOCs, odor, color and THMs.
• ARC - Arsenic Removal 
• Effectively reduces Arsenic III & IV below 10 ppb.
• NRC - Nitrate/Nitrite Removal
• Effectively reduces 95% Nitrate & Nitrite.
• FRC - Fluoride Removal  
• Effectively reduces Fluoride below 0.2 ppm.

 NOTE: Filter Cartridge are recommended to be replaced every 6 months.

In Depth Cartridge Filter Details

 KDC GAC/KDF (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion Media)

• Contains chemicals compound used in water filtration application often used along with activated carbon to the filtration efficiency. Generally used in a purification system as a pre-filter, before another, finer stage of filtration.
• The Media is a high-purity allow of both copper and zinc used in a flaked or granulated particulate form. usually appearing gold or brass in color.
• Removes chlorine, pesticides, organic matter, rust, unpleasant taste, odor, soluble heavy metal ions in water, hydrogen sulfide, calcium and other organic compounds. Kills algae and fungi, control bacteria growth.

ARC used for arsenate and arsenite removal

• The Media is red or brown opaque, spherical beads. Premium grade microporous anion exchange resin with hydrous iron oxide nanoparticles and polystyrene matrix in standard Gaussian size distribution. Designed for arsenate and arsenate removal. The arsenic is captured by ion exchange firstly and then adsorbed by the iron oxide dispersed throughout the polymers. Has fast kinetics to remove arsenic and can reduce the arsenic content less than 10ppb.

NRC used for nitrate and nitrite removal

• The Media is White & pale yellow opaque, spherical beads. Premium grade microporous type I strong base anion exchange resin with polystyrene matrix and quaternary amine (Triethylamine) function group in standard Gaussian size distribution. Has strong selectivity to capture nitrate and decreased selectivity for other anions such as sulfate, chloride and bicarbonate. Designed to be used to remove nitrate and nitrite from potable water.

FRC used for Fluorine Removal Ion Exchange Resin

• The Media appears in light yellow to yellow spherical beads
• Special resin with microporous structure. It is a macromolecule copolymer with active aluminum group on its styrene-DVB matrix. This kind of chemical structure is easy for fluorine acid radical in water to form stable complex compound, thereby intent to remove and reduce fluorine concentration in water, in the end reach to the National Drinking Water Standard which is below 1mg/L.
• Could fill in fluoride removal filter and use as fluorine-removal agent, thus to remove fluorine directly in household water system. Also, according to the specific requirement from clients, it could use together with other filter materials (e.g. activated carbon or other water softening resins).
