Warranty Claim and Replacement Process
We stand behind the performance of every Healthy Hydration product. If your device experiences a covered issue, it may be eligible for repair or replacement to ensure your wellness journey continues without interruption.
How to Make a Claim:
- Contact Support: To start a claim, reach out to our Customer Support team at support@healthyhydration.com or call us at 509-439-2083. Please have your original proof of purchase and serial number (if applicable) ready.
- Troubleshooting: Our specialists will work with you to diagnose the issue. Many problems can be resolved with simple troubleshooting steps.
- Initiating Replacement: If the issue is determined to be a covered defect, we will authorize the repair or replacement. Detailed instructions for returning the unit will be provided.
- Product Fulfillment: Upon verification, a repaired or replacement product will be shipped to you. Each product is eligible for a single replacement under the terms of the warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is comprehensive but does not cover the following:
- Accidental Damage: Includes drops, liquid spills, improper storage, or any accidental damage.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Damage or malfunction resulting from unapproved repairs, alterations, or disassembly.
- Improper Use: Damage resulting from use that is inconsistent with the product’s user manual or using non-approved accessories.

- Loss or Theft: Replacement for lost or stolen products is not included.
